Werner workstation platform step ladders are constructed using sturdy high grade aluminum and are ideal for professional use. This step ladder has a specially designed tool holder located at the perfect height for when you are doing various jobs/tasks, you are able to store your tools here on the ladder ready for when you require them. The platform on this step ladder is a large, high-performance steel platform that is larger than other platforms on standard step ladders. This gives the user more comfort and security when using the step ladder at its full height.
The Werner workstation platform step ladder has many features to ensure user safety, this includes double-sided handrails for extra support when using the ladder, as well as strong, deep slip-resistant treads for added comfort when climbing or descending the ladder and non-slip feet to maximize the stability of the ladder on various surfaces. For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property.
All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.
If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.
Non-UK Mainland Delivery Charges
The following postcode ranges are classified as non-UK mainland by our couriers: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, IM, ZE, and DD. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey at this time).

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.
Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items
