For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property. 

All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

Simple but effective

We bought this shelving set up after seeing it advertised on the TV. Bought a wall organiser for tools (which I regret buying as that is simple cheap rubbish and not worth the coin we paid for.it.. so save your money... the bin is the best place for that).
When it arrived (we bought 3 rack deal) it came in 2 small boxes and we thought this can't be it, but after opening and doing a inventory check, it was.
Now before we start to make up the shelving racks I like to familiarise myself with instructions... just a quick glance I don't have the time to read all of it... my husband doesn't read anything. During a demonstration to my husband on how to build the initial parts of the racking he decides to give it a go and cuts his finger, throwing it on the floor using a few choice colourful words before storming off.... not to be seen again until I have nearly completed making them. These can be done as a 1 person build but a bit awkward but I did find a system that worked for me.. but 2 people building is better.

The overall look is they are strong, sturdy and definitely make things look more organised if they aren't. We have fastened them to the wall with the supporting brackets which should come with the racks but don't so make sure you buy them.

Only time will tell on how well they will last but for the price if we got 5 years out of them I will be happy.
