      For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property. 

      All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

      If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

      The following postcode ranges are classified as non-UK mainland by our couriers: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, IM, ZE, and DD. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey at this time).

      Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

       

      Returns

      In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

      Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

      Definitely Not bullet proof

      On arrival 2 boxes were broken, 4 lids were warped (due to freezing temperatures??) and 2 of those were also broken. Customer service was great and they were replaced immediately but these boxes are nowhere near as robust as the other Really Useful Box I ordered or any of the others I have bought over the years. I wonder if these really are an RUB make, it is not stamped on them as it is on the 64litre one I ordered and the plastic is definitely different. I love RUB boxes as they are normally so strong but these actually give if you push the plastic lightly with one finger. They will do, but not as good as the 64 litre one you sent me

      Boxes when they arrive whole they agree good but when they are all smashed because of lack of packaging to save no xes or rough handling ...but service and customer service from company was great and problem solved straight away .....thankyou

      Sturdy boxes

      The boxes are large with a solid construction. Honeycomb at the bottom. We use them for clothes storage but I think heavier items will fit too. The lid is large so you can overfill and still close it.
