All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

First class service and very pleased with how easy these were to put together and how robust & sturdy they are.
My only criticism is with the pricing. I needed the 1600mm high units since they were going under a reduced height section of my garage. I also wanted 4 bays and the only way I could do this was to purchase extra shelves which are only sold in pairs. So I had to order 2 pairs of extra shelves which were almost the price of one shelving unit.
If the 1600mm high units had been offered with a 4 bay option similar to the 1800mm high ones, which are 4 bays and just £10 more expensive for the pack of 3 units then I would have given 5 stars.
