All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

Shelves are great but the mallet was rubbish

The shelves arrived when expected. Well packaged and good instructions. You definitely need a mallet to assemble them. We had ordered the mallet advertised (with a metal shaft). However, the one that arrived had a wooden handle, and the head fell off part way through assembling the first set of shelves - not impressed :o(
We found it helpful to have two people to assemble them, but once made they look great and provide excellent storage in our garage.
Would give the shelves 5*, only down graded to 4* because of the rubbish mallet.

Value for money is questionable

Given the price of over £100 plus a delivery charge on top I was expecting better quality.
The plastic feet needed work to accept the mental ends and several of the support strut had bent ends on arrival. During assembly it was very easy to bend tabs when trying to ensure a secure fit.

Very good indeed, apart from refund delay

This would be a 5 star review as it was easy to order, it arrived very quickly and it was simple to put together and looks great, except I accidentally ordered more than I needed, totally my fault. When I contacted them it was no trouble to send me a returns form, which I filled in and returned with the unopened boxes, they were delivered 2 weeks ago but despite a couple of emails the refund has yet to arrive.
If you don't get it wrong like I did, go for it, they are well worth having.
Should the refund arrive I will update this review accordingly..

Garage racking

As a builder I tend to go with heavy duty stuff but thought I’d give the standard garage stuff a go in my new garage. So far not disappointed, easy to put together and once fixed to the wall feel pretty robust ( time will tell ) easy ordering and delivered when they said it would be,. However the packaging didn’t seem to provide enough protection and I had several plastic feet broken and a couple of bits a little bent otherwise it would have been 5 stars
