For standard deliveries couriers are contacted to deliver to the door and will not enter your property. 

All pallet deliveries are kerbside and the driver will not unload the goods from the pallet or take the pallet away.

If a large order that requires palletisation is placed after 12pm it may be subject to a 24 hour delay due to processing times.

The following postcode ranges are classified as non-UK mainland by our couriers: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, IM, ZE, and DD. (Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey at this time).

Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported to sales@tufferman.co.uk within 7 days of the order being placed. Photos of any damaged items will be required.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will collect the item and either replace the item for you or refund you in full. In some cases, we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 28 working days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. However please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items

Product Good, Delivery Poor

The product is good and once I’d worked out how to put it together, it was very easy.
The delivery was terrible unfortunately. Delivery window of 8am to 6pm and it just didn’t turn up. Waited in all day and no delivery. Rang Tufferman the following day and was told the driver ran out of time. The driver or delivery company could have called me to let me know but they didn’t. The following day the driver dropped 3 boxes at the front of my house, took a photo, rang the bell and drove off without waiting to see if we were in!!
The delivery email states if you’re not in they’ll leave a card so you can call to rearrange delivery. This is clearly not true as the driver will just dump it outside your house to be stolen, get soaked in the rain etc. Great product, very poor delivery.

Delivery Issue

I ordered 2 x 1200 wide and 1 x 1400 wide racks but somehow 3 x 1400 boxes of qty 4 shelves were delivered. They did quickly resolve the situation and have sent 2 x boxes of qty 4 1200 shelves. It seems to be a common issue these days where businesses have just lost the ability to apply attention to detail. The product seems good quality but let down by the warehouse staff.
